THE TASTE

OF TIME

HARD AT WORK

our story begins with water distilled by nature

at 11,000 feet, snowmelt and rainwater filter for 75 years through the mountains before resurfacing

in that great expanse of time
something remarkable happens

something worth sharing

  • water unlike any other

In the Sangre De Cristo Mountains of Taos, New Mexico, a story of time and its relationship with nature has been unfolding. Our water is the result of that relationship. After navigating nearly eight decades of mineral-rich rock and soil, our water percolates by way of The Phoenix Spring. Appropriately named, the water here is reborn with character, richness, and a velvet vitality so precious and life-changing it could only have been found in the high desert.

  • HANDCRAFTED

From the collection of our water, to the local, organic ingredients we source, to the distillation process itself, we see every step in the creation of our spirits as a chance to bring a certain closeness—intimacy—to the fore. Surely it takes more time to do this. But time, as our water has shown, is on our side. To slow down and treat each step and misstep alike, to continue to bring integrity and creativity to our work, and to infuse the spirit of Taos in every sip, we have in doing so unearthed a way of life.

    We call it Rolling Still.

  • WOMEN-OWNED

Long ago we realized hard work and dedication—especially to one another—was the only path to creating something special. Something purely us. What we discovered in the process was to create something wholly yourself you have to put your whole self into it. And that is exactly what we did. Turns out persistence, gratitude, and a little luck was the recipe for making our vision a reality. A journey never without obstacles, but that we overcome them together...that's a dream come to life.
