Rim glass with Tajin and fill with ice. Add Rolling Still Red Chile Vodka, grapefruit juice, and lime juice.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Red Chile Vodka

3 oz grapefruit juice

1 oz lime juice (optional)

Garnish: grapefruit or lime wedge

In a glass filled with ice add Rolling Still Classic Vodka, pear sage simple, and lemon juice. Top with Tonic Water.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Classic Vodka

2 oz *pear sage simple

1 oz lemon juice

Top with tonic water

Garnish: lemon and/or sage leaf

Chill a martini glass. Add all ingredients with ice to a shaker. Shake and strain into glass.

¾ oz dry vermouth

¾ oz olive brine

Garnish: olive

In a shaker add lime juice, raspberries, and mint. Muddle the mint then add Rolling Still Red Chile Vodka. Shake and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with Ginger Beer.

3-4 raspberries

6-8 mint leaves

¾ oz lime juice

Top with a dash of ginger beer

Garnish: raspberry and mint sprig

Rim martini glass with crushed pecans and sugar. Combine Rolling Still Pecan Vodka, coffee liqueur, cream, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into glass.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Pecan Vodka

1 oz coffee liqueur

¾ oz cream or milk

In a glass filled with ice add Rolling Still Classic Vodka, maple thyme simple, and lemon juice. Top with sparkling water.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Classic Vodka

¾ oz *maple thyme simple

¾ oz Lemon juice

Top with a dash of sparkling water

Garnish: thyme sprig and/or lemon wedge

Build in a glass with ice. Stir to combine. Top with sparkling water.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Lavender Vodka

2 oz Lemonade

¼ oz *butterfly pea blossom tea for color

Dash of sparkling water

Garnish: Lemon wedge

Chill a martini glass. Add all ingredients with ice to a shaker. Stir and strain into glass. Wipe the rim of the glass with a grapefruit twist then express the oil of the grapefruit peel over the glass and drop in.

2 oz Rolling Still Classic Vodka

½ oz dry vermouth

Garnish: grapefruit twist

Fill copper mug with ice. Add all ingredients and top with ginger beer.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Rolling Still Red/Green Chile Vodka
OR add 1oz of each for a Christmas Mule

½ oz lime juice

Top with ginger beer

Garnish: lime wedge

Rim the glass with a mixture of celery salt and kosher salt. Fill glass with ice and add Rolling Still Red and/or Green Chile Vodka then top with your favorite Bloody Mary Mix.

2 oz Rolling Still Red/Green Chile Vodka

Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish with your favorite nibbles!

In a shaker add Rolling Still Pecan Vodka, 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, a dash of simple, add ice, and stir 30 seconds. Strain over a large ice cube or two. Wipe the rim of the glass with an orange twist then express the oil of the orange peel over the glass and then drop in. Add Luxardo cherry garnish.

2 oz Rolling Still Pecan Vodka

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

1 dash of simple syrup

Garnish: Luxardo cherry and orange twist
