high in the Sangre de Cristo

mountains of Taos, New Mexico

a story has been unfolding . . .

in the shadow of wheeler peak, carved out by glaciers long ago, the La Cal Basin traps snowmelt and rainwater. with no where to go, this alpine water slowly seeps into the ground.

it is here, after nearly eight decades of filtering through the mountains, that our water resurfaces, born anew by way of the Phoenix Spring.

THIS IS WHY OUR VODKA
IS UNLIKE ANY OTHER

Our water
is unlike any other

we are unlike any other.

we are WOMEN-OWNED
and FAMILY-RUN,

handcrafted
and small batch,

gluten-free and
organicALLY Sourced.

We partner with local
family-owned farms.

We understand we are a part
of a greater force guiding us all along:

time.

rolling still is
the taste of time
hard at work

For us, honoring time is our way of honoring the region.

By respecting the mountains, by paying tribute to the time it takes nature to produce such rich and charactered water, we are gifted with the foundation (and inspiration) to work just as hard as mother nature and endeavor to showcase the essential qualities only she can provide.

Bottling and sharing it—
well, that’s our gift to you.

THe OWNERS

Nicole Barady & Liza Barrett

For these long-time friends and full-time partners in crime, the dream of Rolling Still has been twenty years in the making. Hailing from Wisconsin and Texas, respectively, with sheer grit and persistence by their side, these mothers of two and laid-back lady bosses contend the dream was never really about them. “It’s about the journey,” they say, “of creating something we believe in. And having a great time while doing it.”

One could very well say their great time has in fact become your great time.

The distillers

dan irion & scott Barady

When it comes to these bandmates, best friends, die-hard teleskiers, and once-upon-a-time pizza shop entrepreneurs, one might argue these crafty craftsmen were put on this planet to do a variety of things. But this just ain’t so. These gentlemen were made to do nothing but distill great vodka. Okay, maybe they were made for a few other things: great husbands . . . excellent fathers. But callings are callings, you know?

And besides, the women know talent when they see it.

so what happens when you
make something great?

you build a home to share it.
