If our distillery is the beating heart of Rolling Still, we like to consider The Lounge its happy taste buds. An infused-vodka tasting bar, a place to gather, to sit and wonder, to drink, to celebrate, to laugh and to love.
Our humble little parlor honors the spirit of Taos: a spirt of community, intersecting tribes, art, light, ski-slopes, unending magic, and, for those who might not know, a really good time.

a historic adobe that dates back to the 19th century,
our warm little getaway evokes a mid-century
modern feel with Southwestern flare
As Frieda Lawrence might’ve said, “THIS PLACE IS HAPPENIN’!” As a means to honor our diverse hometown and the rich history we now add to, travelers, locals, roughnecks and artists, families and friends—all shades and shapes—fill our cozy walls. Walls that are, newcomers be warned, hardly ever without live music or lively patrons.
Seasonal menus, t0-die-for cocktails, and rotating
small plates are all made in-house daily by
kindred spirits who feel more like family than staff,
and who have indeed turned hospitality into an art form
